One fee, only when you are paid
CaterKin keeps 15% of a booking. That covers card processing, support for you and the customer, and the marketing that brought the customer to you.

Before your listing goes live
- A Stripe payout account, so we can pay you. About five minutes, and Stripe handles any identity check.
- Your menu or packages with prices, and a few more photos.
Before your first booking
- Your HSE food business notification or a HACCP certificate. Upload it from your dashboard whenever you have it.
- Public liability insurance is recommended, not required.
If a customer cancels, you are covered
Because customers pay when they book, a late cancellation does not leave you out of pocket. The closer to the event, the more of the booking you keep.
If you have to cancel, the customer gets a full refund. Two cancellations in 90 days pauses your listing for a week, so keep your calendar honest.
