Our team makes everything fresh on-site and handles the service and clean-up. Not your typical BBQ.

My name is David. Ive always been passionate about food as i was brought up cooking with the family. I studied culinary arts in Tante Marie in Surrey and trained in Ballymaloe before gaining experience in a few different kitchens around the UK and Ireland. I have been cooking for private events for the last 5 years, focusing on cooking over open fire, i love the sense of theater about the whole process, and it allows me to feel more creative than been in a conventional kitchen. But thats only a part of it!!!
