With 17 years of experience in some of the busiest and most demanding restaurants, including 10 years as a Head Chef, I bring a wealth of professional kitchen experience to every private dining experience. Classically trained in French cuisine, my foundation is built on strong technique, precision and respect for quality ingredients. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of cuisines and culinary styles, developing the versatility to create everything from refined, elegant dishes to relaxed and contemporary food. At the heart of my cooking is a commitment to quality local and seasonal produce. I believe great food starts with great ingredients, and I work with the best produce available, allowing the quality, seasonality and natural flavours of each ingredient to take centre stage. As a private chef, I combine the standards and precision of a professional restaurant kitchen with a personal, bespoke approach.
