Food has always been the heart of my life. Growing up in a passionate Palestinian household, my journey began in the kitchen as a child, helping my family prepare traditional recipes passed down through generations. I quickly fell in love with the energy, the aromas, and the beautiful way a shared meal brings people together. That early passion never left me. Today, I proudly run my own street-food stall, serving authentic flatbreads and vibrant dishes to the local community. Transitioning into private catering allows me to take those rich, comforting flavors and elevate them into an intimate fine-dining experience. My food is a celebration of my heritage, beautifully blended with premium local Irish produce. From the rich, slow-simmered sumac onions of a classic *Musakhan* to zesty, fresh seafood inspired by the coast of Gaza, every dish I cook tells a story of hospitality, history, and a lifelong love for the kitchen.
