I have strong experience from 2008, when we have family restaurant , and I was work from kitchen porter until owner 2 restaurants.
After covide 19, got other chance for open new restaurant in notrth Cyprus.
In 2023, I came to Ireland and have plans to open my restaurant, in first year I worked with many places until to take more local experience. And in 2025, open my food truck with strong menu.
