It’s 2 hours of private culinary class that will grant you that job opportunity to start as cook anywhere in the world In this class, we strip away the pretension and get down to the bone. You’ll learn the things that you need to start this career from zero What You’ll Actually Do: • The Blade: You’ll learn to handle a chef’s knife like a professional. Cut with precision and most important, how to sharpen your knives. • Mise en Place: That’s the most basic skill that everyone should take as life inspiration. Read, setup, prep and clean. • The Mother Sauces: Forget the bottled junk. We’re going back to the French foundations here. I can show you how to start. But you have to bring the hustle. This is two hours of intense, focused labor designed to make you useful to a Chef on day one. Requirements: Wear something you don't mind getting grease on.
