Food and drink have been a passion of mine from a very young age. I’ve always loved creating in the kitchen, from cooking and baking to experimenting with cocktails and drinks. I love bringing different flavours, techniques and ideas together to create food and experiences that people genuinely enjoy. There’s always something new to learn, and that’s what keeps me excited about what I do. I love to host an event and personalise the drinks, its one of things that can make a night more memorable and its a pleasure to be the one providing that :)

Hi my name is Fred, im half irish and half swedish and food and drink have been a passion of mine from a very young age. What you'll do

Planning Event

Contact me and we can speak on the phone, to discuss the size of the group, any sort of themes, allergies, etc. With all this info I will then create a menu and get back to you as soon as its ready and then we can talk dates and the general plan for your evening.

The Menu

Relax and enjoy cocktails and tapas all around. Menu can be catered to your liking or Chefs choice. Menu will include 5 drinks and 5 different tapas with free welcome drink included. Menu can be built around a theme if necessary.

How the night will look

After 30 mins of prep and setting up my station you will receive your welcome drink on arrival and when everyone has come I will explain the menu. It will work in Courses so tapas will come with a cocktail for everyone. Tapas are shared.

Plates and Drinks

There will be 1 plate of tapas for every 2 cocktails, so if you are 10 people its 10 drinks and 5 plates at a time, as said it will come in courses and each course will be paired together.

After The Final Course

After I have given you the final course I will pack up and clean my station, hopefully leaving it cleaner than it was before :)
