My syle is classical french cuisine with a twist using modern techniques.i grew up watching heston bluehmental on tv programs . I have worked in paris in a michelin starred kitchen also in the cliff house in ardmore.
While i was there i learnt that any body can cook but using a varity of techiques and methods will enhance the dishes .
