How it works

A short "private chef for your stay" note on your property pages or guest information, linking to CaterKin with your code.
- 2Your guests book
They see chefs and caterers who reach the house, with menus and prices shown before they enquire. They deal with us and the chef directly.
- 3You get a share
We pay you 10% of our platform fee on every completed booking from your guests, quarterly, by bank transfer, with a report showing exactly what it came from.

Questions agencies ask
- What does it cost us?
- Nothing. We pay you. There is no listing fee, no minimum, and no exclusivity.
- What do our guests pay?
- The price on the listing. Most private chef menus on CaterKin cost between €60 and €90 a head with food included; caterers price per head from about €20. Enquiring is free and needs no card.
- Who is responsible for the booking?
- CaterKin. Guests book and pay through us, hosts are verified by us, and our support handles any issue. Your role ends at the link.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Dublin, Wicklow, Clare and Kerry have the deepest coverage today, with hosts also reaching West Cork, Connemara, Galway, Kilkenny and the midlands. Every listing shows the area a host travels to, so a guest only ever sees people who can reach the house.
- How is the share worked out?
- On a completed booking we keep a platform fee. You receive 10% of that fee. The quarterly report lists each booking, its value and your share.
- Can you supply chefs for our concierge requests directly?
- Yes. If you already collect requests for private chefs or caterers, send them to us with the guest's details and dates and we will match them. The same share applies.
