The private dining room is your dining room
You have eight people to feed, a reason to celebrate, and no interest in shouting across a restaurant. The usual answer is a private room in town: a minimum spend, a set slot, a menu you did not choose. The other answer is the chef coming to you. They shop, cook, plate and clear up in your own kitchen, and the night ends when you want it to.
The chefs above cover Dublin city and county and most menus land between €60 and €90 a head, and the wine is whatever you bought at shop prices. Groups of six to twenty are the norm. Read the menus, check the price, and book a package or message the chef to change a course.
